In july 2017 i went to Hungary for 11 days with my chiro group. You probably ask yourself what the hell is a chiro. Chiro is in Belgium the same as a scouts. Every sunday we come together and play fun games and stuff and in summer vacation we go on camp. Chiro is for everyone!
We went with a bus, the ride was 19 hours. The first thing we did when we came there was swimming in the Donau. Our cottage was close by. It was really hot in Hungary! In the evenings we made fire next to the Donau and sit next to each other. It was really cozy!
On camp we always do a 2-days (we ask people that we don't know if we can stay overnight) and of course we did that in Hungary. We went to Slovakia. It was really cool! Slovakia was +/- 40 km of our stay so we went by bike. In the morning it was really hot (almost 33 degrees) but then in the afternoon it began to storm. At 8 o'clock in the evening we found a place to sleep. We were all completely wet and cold by the storm. The next day was the weather nice again so we went to a swim paradise.
We also did paintball, it was my first time and really painful but is was fun! We did other things like canoeing, lots of swimming, a altitude trail, ...
The last day we went to Budapest. Budapest is a beautiful city!
This was one of the best camps EVER. I'm never gonna forget this!
